Pumpkin Pie
This pumpkin pie is very creamy and tasty. I will often bake just the filling in muffin tins and then freeze and use as a pumpkin pudding with icecream. Makes for a quick easy dessert later.
Prep Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
• 3/4CupSugar
• 1TspGroundCinnamon
• 1/2TspSalt
• 1/2TspGroundGinger
• 1/4TeaspoonGroundCloves • 2LargeEggs
• 115ozCannedPumpkin
• 112ozCanEvaporatedMilk • DeepDishPiepan
• Pre-madePastryShell
Bake @: 425/350°
Directions
• Preheatovento425degrees.
• Mixfirstfiveingredientstogetherintoasmallbowl. • Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and spice
mix. Slowly whisk in milk.
• Pourintopre-madepieshell.
• Bakefor15minutes,thenreducethetemperatureto
350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes until it
passes the toothpick test.
• Letsitonwirerackfor2hours.Thenserveor
