Ingredients
• 1 Cup Whipping Cream • 1 Cup Whole Milk
• 4 Egg Yolks
• 2 Tsp Vanilla
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
• 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
Yields: 2 Cups Stove Time: 10 mins
Directions
Inaheavysaucepanovermediumheat,combine milk, cream and vanilla. Heat for 5 minutes until very hot but not boiling. Inalargeglassbowlwhiskyolks,cornstarchand sugar until well blended. Slowly add hot cream mixture whisking constantly so that eggs do not scramble. Putcontentsofglassbowlbackinheavysaucepan on low heat stirring constantly until custard thickens.
Servewarmanduseovercobbler.
