Breakfast Muffins
Yummee!!! This breakfast muffin is high in protein and very light and tasty. You will need to use the extra large muffin tins to get the egg in.

2/3 Cup Crumbled Bacon 1 Cup Green Onions
1 Cup Cheese, Grated
1 1/2 Cups Flour 11/4TspBP
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
Oven: 350
Directions
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Mix dry ingredients together in bowl.
• Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. (one
egg only)
• Make well incenter of dry ingredients and mix in wet
ingredients just until combines. Do not over mix.
• Spoon enough batter into the bottom of each large
muffin space and work it up the sides to create a well
which you will use to crack an egg into.
• Cover egg with batter. Bake@350 until golden
brown.

2/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp White Vinegar 1/2TspSalt
2/3 Cup Sour Cream
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1Egg
