• Blend all ingredients together.
• You can replace berries for any berries or mango’s • You can substitute the milk for any other milk you
prefer.
• 1 Medium Banana
• 1/2 Cup Sliced Strawberries
• 1/4 Cup 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
• 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
• 1/2 Cup Baby Spinach
• 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
