Description:
One-day adventure with pickup from Queenstown accommodation or Airport at 9:00am. A Visit to the charming and quirky Arrowtown; a delightful Gold Rush village. You will cycle part of the Arrow River Bridges ride, a nice wee warm- up with zigzags across five bridges over the Arrow River through quaint country lanes and burrows, and under a State Highway via a tunnel. Every corner you turn showcases beautiful landscapes.
At the completion of your ride our shuttle will pick you up and take you to Bannockburn for lunch at the famous Bannockburn Hotel - Wine Country Restaurant & Bar which overlooks some of the finest vineyards, landscapes and mountain scenery available.
After lunch, enjoy a wine tasting tour or some fast laps around a motorsport park; your choice. Finally, check into your stunning accommodation set on the shores of Lake Dunstan.
Your adventure starts from Queenstown this morning, with visit to Arrowtown where you can visit and explore the Chinese village prior to cycling 16km of the Arrow Ride Bridges ride. (Optional - grade easy).
