vision, in accordance with

Construction Regulations.

• All mirrors and visual aids
accessories must be clear of dirt

and in good condition.

the driver signals safe to do so.

reversing sirens/alarms, horns and
flashing beacons.

• Plant must be inspected daily and

weekly inspection on a GA2 form.
GA1 must be keep on file for

inspection.
