TREE TRIMMING GRANT

The Logtown Cemetery Association applied for, and was granted,

a $3000.00 grant from the Oregon State Parks and Recreation

Department.. The grant was provided through the Heritage

program for historical cemeteries.

This grant was submitted to assist in the cost of removing trees

which were either dead or dangerous. There were approximately

90 trees either removed or trimmed. Volunteers helped with the

clean up which allowed us to maximize the work which the

professional arborist completed.
