or sattwa within your personality. Sattwa is one of the three modes of nature that constantly condition your mind. Rajas (restless externalization and ostentatiousness) and tamas (dullness and inertia) are the other two. You can transmute rajas and tamas into sattwa by training your mind to perform righteous actions through thought, word, and deed, and by patiently cultivating Divine virtues (daivi sampat). When your personality becomes perfectly adorned with those jewels of virtue, you will see God. To see God or to know God means to become God.
The Secret to Unlocking Your Divine Potential
Beyond the level of conscious thought there exists a vast realm of mind known as the unconscious. The mind that everyone is aware of is only a tiny fragment of the massive mind. It is like the tip of an iceberg—what you see is small and what you don’t see can capsize a ship. The portion of the mind that is hidden in the unconscious holds the mystery of one’s life. The potential, progress and evolution of a person are all related to the unconscious. In every lifetime one touches only a small portion of that mind, sometimes utilizing it, sometimes misusing it.
