by people who are spiritually sensitive and who are following the path to God-realization. These specialized miracles are like the ignition generated by sunlight focused through a magnifying glass. Although sunlight is generally diffused, it creates a spark when the rays have been concentrated by the lens. So too, Divine miracles are everywhere, but when one’s mind is puri ed and focused, those miracles become apparent.
To understand the role of miracles in one’s life, it is important to understand that nothing happens unless it is in accordance with one’s karma, the law of cause and effect, the law of action and its reaction. Nothing takes place unless you deserve it by your self-effort, whether it is something miraculous or something perfectly normal.
If you have quali ed yourself, things may indeed happen to you in a miraculous way in the Divine Plan. However, if you are not prepared for Enlightenment, if you are not deserving of higher knowledge, then it is a great folly to think that one day you will meet a Sage who will miraculously place his hand right on your head and cause your inner eye to burst forth, allowing you to soar into Enlightenment.
