While the idea remains in its inception, Airbus says that
airlines will be able to swap the pods in and out of
cargo without disrupting operations. And, they won’t
be limited to strictly sleeping areas either. Airbus says
this new prototype will be able to be modified for
boardrooms, play areas, medical triage or even a
lounge where passengers can order a glass of wine and
stretch out.
So dream big and don’t fret about losing another

airlines on our first mock-ups. We are pleased to
partner with Zodiac Aerospace on this project, which
will introduce a new passenger experience and add
value for airlines.”
The experience they are referring to will allow airlines
