Why do we do what we do?
A clear understanding of an organization’s purpose is fundamental to its overall
success. We must first understand the cause that inspires us to get out of bed
every morning, and then, identify the actions we’ll take to make it happen. It is
only by thinking and acting based on our Why that we can continuously stay
inspired and create a thriving culture that will have the impact we desire.
At Endeavor Schools, we strive to inspire individuals to contribute their full
imagination, talents and passion every day! We want to empower our students and
teammates to unlock their full potential and maximize their strengths and
capabilities so they can grow into the best version of themselves.
Our Why defines who we are as an organization and reminds us of why we exist.
Like a guiding star, it provides direction towards a common goal and keeps our
team aligned with passion and pride. It unifies us as One Endeavor!
