Perks at Endeavor Schools…
Recognition Program
In an effort to continuously celebrate and
praise our team members who embody our
core values through their exceptional
performance and accomplishments, we have
implemented a recognition program that
recognizes employees monthly and annually.
.
Monthly, an employee is awarded with the Rising Star award for a stellar
contribution and showcased in the Endeavor Schools Newsletter.
Secondly, at the start of each schoolyear, we present awards to winners of
the Annual Recognition Program.
Culture Club
The Culture Club allows
each school representative
to unleash their creativity
and plan fun and exciting
events/goodies for their
amazing coworkers for all
the great things they do,
day to day. The program
transports our
teachers/staff into an
entire different role of an
engagement guru!
