When you are gathering information for a quote, please be sure to
get your client’s mobile phone number and email address! As you
know, if the insured chooses a telematics program, you must have an
email for the account as well as each participating driver’s mobile

number. Most carriers offer e-sign, paperless policy delivery and/or a
customer portal that can provide your insured with access to their
account for billing and payment, proof of insurance or to view
account activity. In some cases, paperless delivery or billing will even
discount premium. Even if your insured doesn’t sign up for online
access at point of sale, the carrier can extend the offer to their
customer portal via email if it’s available. For maximum efficiency,
just add the mobile number and email address directly to your rater,
so you won’t have to call your client or search for it later.
Nationwide Personal Lines now available in Kentucky!
As of November, for effective date 12/08/19 and later, we can write
personal lines with Nationwide in Kentucky for auto, home, umbrella,
