Thank you for your continued support of Duncan Supply and making 2018 a record sales
year at Duncan Supply! As a leader in our industry, we have helped our customers formulate
solutions for their HVAC/R challenges and needs for the past 83 years. Our team is excited
about 2019 and new opportunities ahead. We are committed and optimistic as ever about the
future of Duncan Supply.

During 2018 we focused on existing operations and made further improvements to our
delivery services. In 2018 we introduced the Duncan App for Android & iOS. We saw record
eCommerce orders and log-in volume through our password protected eCommerce site, and
those numbers continue to grow every day. We will continue to invest and improve our digital
transaction capabilities and are already in discussion for major technology improvements.
During 2018 we continued to expand our team of product specialists to provide focus and
support to our major category offerings. We also continued to invest and expand our
technical education program.

As we begin our 83rd year serving Indiana and Illinois, we are mindful of how and why we are
here, to serve you, our customer and partner. Everyday we will strive to improve how we
serve you and will continue to make great effort to understand and serve your changing needs.
Our team will be one of continuous improvement.
