Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), el cual ha sido
previamente notificado al SEC (Security Exchange
Commission).
2. Se completa un cuestionario donde usted manifiesta ser
un inversionista calificado con un origen legal de fondos.
3. Debe presentarse en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en 2750
145 Ave, Miramar FL. 33027 para firmar los documentos
del proyecto ante un notario público.
