Alan Christie

Co-Founder, Director (The Lead Developer)

Involved in property development since the early 1990’s Alan heads up our internal development team.
During this time he has created many estates that hundreds of families now call home, ranging from small
12 home rural communities to developments of up to 75 homes throughout Scotland and England.

He has been involved in every aspect of the development lifecycle, including residential, commercial and
industrial projects. Alan is passionate about, and responsible for, training the rest generation of property
developers through Development Discovery’s pioneering programs.

Eduardo Prato

Director (The Systems Guy)

Eduardo has a passion for building successful businesses that are efficiently run by a loyal team and a
strong customer base. Eduardo started in the UK property business in 2004. Currently he is fully devoted to
property development. He also owns an estate and letting agency, his own property portfolio and a property
maintenance company.

Before his entrepreneurial life he was a helicopter pilot instructor and examiner for the Oil and Gas industry
in the North Sea, combining discipline and standard operating procedures to get the job done whilst
