A New Chapter

It’s been three months since I changed hats from blue to red. It has not been just
a journey across the road from Atlas Copco premises to Vishal Complex, nor has
it been just a journey from one colour to another or from one brand name to
another. But, rather it has been a journey of me bringing in my experience from
the mother brand into the CP brand as well as for me personally learning the
things that make the CP brand demonstrate the strength of RED.

What I have learnt to respect most in the Chicago Pneumatic team is the ease
with which the team is adaptable and can mould themselves to a new manager
with new thinking. I have been able to introduce new processes and new
systems with ease and acceptance from the entire team.

I believe the success of any team is in the elasticity it demonstrates and to me
the ease of moulding an open-minded team has given me the freedom and
confidence to march ahead and create new designs and new shapes where we as
Team CP can reach for the stars and etch our presence in the minds and hearts of
our customers.
