Having spent a good 4 years and 1 month at CTCC, I was excited and nervous on

my first day on the Power Technique floor. Nervous because I was wondering as
to how I would fit in with the new team, and excited because I looked forward to
take on a senior leadership role as Business Line Manager.

Some of the words that best describe my interactions with the PTCC team…

New activity-based office!
Very open culture!

Fantastic! Hard work coupled with fun!
Such a cooperative team! After all, who gets to eat
homemade pani puri in office?
And, last but not the least,
Team Rental, my young and
dynamic team is a pleasure to
interact with.

As I bring in the legacy that I have earned over the years, I would like to share
with you the mantra I have created for my new team:
• Work very closely with the sales team: Weekly jabber meeting, action
planning, live cases, lots of field visits with the team
• For system improvements: Co-ordination meetings every 15 days with
depot, backend and sales and support teams together
• Initiate NPS for customers from May onwards
• Drive focused customer targeting campaigns, to increase presence and
reach in the market

As my career dream takes shape with my move from a regional role to a Pan
India responsibility, my focus has now shifted to the Rental dream of MISSION
POSSIBLE…. growth of rental business by 125% in 2018 and 300% growth by
2022.

Over the next few days, I look forward to travelling with my team, enjoying the
Pune weather and moving into my own home from the guesthouse. As I have
now fully soaked in the PTCC culture, and I am geared up for more interactions,
new friends and great success!
