• Proceeding into construction, The Perry Company will organize and hold weekly meetings with the Tax Collectors office, and any necessary members of the design team. At these meetings, the entire group will review an updated Critical Path schedule. By utilizing this approach, any deviations, potential issues, or possible delays are quickly recognized before any impact is felt, and appropriate measures can be taken.
• As the project progresses, the Tax Collector office vendors and employees performing work in the new facility, such as the furniture supplier, etc. will be incorporated into the meetings, and their activities meshed into the project schedule, to insure that everything happens in a seamless fashion. The Perry Company has completed many projects, including several for the Tax Collectors office, using this approach.
We feel that the methods and procedures that we take as a Design/Build team are time tested, and will provide the Tax Collector with a building they can be proud of that will be constructed.
