Effect of Project team Location on Project
The Perry Company located in Tampa, Florida will be the prime consultant and the prime general contractor. The Perry Company will oversee the Architect, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural Engineers and the Site/Civil Contractor as well as coordinate closely with the Tax Collector’s provided Civil engineer. All work will be performed in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
