Before you read and make your own descriptive text, you have to master Simple
Present Tense first.
Simple Present Tense
is the simplest tense ever. The pattern is just a snap
: Subject – Verb or Subject–To Be+ Adjective / Noun. For example,
I have a book.
I eat a plate of rice.
I drink a glass of water.
I am a student.
You are a teacher.
He is ugly.
She is beautiful.
They are dead.
B. SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE
PENGERTIAN SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE :
* Tata bahasa yang digunakan untuk menceritakan tentang :
> Tingkah laku / tindakan / keadaan dalam kehidupan sehari – hari.
1.She works in a hospital.
2. She has curly hair
3. I usually go to bed at about 9 pm.
4. He rarely goes swimming.
5. We always read books in the evening.
6. They sometimes play volley on Saturdays.
> Rumus / Forms are :
Positive S +V1
V1+s/es ( note : HE, SHE, IT )
Examples : I go to school at 6.10 am
He goes to school at 6.10 am
