C. LETTER
Based on its use letters divided into three types, the following.

1. Personal Letter
Personal letter is a letter that is used for personal gain. The letter relates to
personal affairs. For example the letter of a child to his parents or a letter
to a friend.
2. Formal / official Letter
An official letter is a letter that is used for official purposes, either written
from individuals, agencies, institutions and organizations. Examples:
invitation letter, letter of notification and circulars

3. Invitation Letter
Letter of invitation is a tribute to those who were invited. The shape and
composition of the invitation letter should be formulated as attractive as
possible, clear the contents and delivered on time in order to be invited to
prepare to meet the invitation. Thus, the invitation is a notice that there is
an event / activity meetings, ceremonies in the hope for receiving an
invitation to present at the time and place specified.
