               THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF THE MOST COMMON (MINOR OR MAJOR) VIOLATIONS OF
               THE STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT AND THE CONSEQUENCES THAT MAY FOLLOW

               LEVEL I OFFENSES AND CONSEQUENCES

               A.  Abusing Boy/Girl Relations
                    1  offense - Student-parent conference and one (1) day in I.S.S.

                    2  offense - Two (2) days in I.S.S. or one (1) day suspension and parent conference

                    3  offense – Two (2) days suspension and parent conference

                    4  offense – S.E.A.S. Center placement

               B.  Abusing Bus Privileges
                    1  offense – Parent conference and one (1) day I.S.S.
                   st
                    2  offense – Denial of bus privileges for one week and parent conference.

                    3  offense – Denial of bus privileges for 2 weeks and parent conference

                    4  offense – Denial of bus privileges for remainder of school year.

               C.    Abusive  Foul  Language  or  Swearing  (Verbal/Signs),  Inappropriate  Language  and
               Pictures
                    1  offense – Two (2) days in I.S.S. and parent notified

                    2  offense – Three (3) days in I.S.S. or two (2) days suspension and parent conference

                    3  offense -Three (3) days suspension and parent conference and personal contract

               D.  Assembly Misconduct
               1  offense – Two (2) days in I.S.S. and parent notified

               2  offense – Three (3) days in I.S.S. or two (2) days suspension, parent conference and

                            possible denial of privileges.
               3  offense – Denial of assembly privileges, parent conference (student will be sent

                                to designated area during assemblies)

               E.  Dishonesty in School Work
                    1  offense – A grade of zero (0) will be given to the student and parent conference

                    2  offense – Two (2) days in I.S.S. a grade of zero (0), parent conference, ineligible for
                   nd
                                club membership or co-extracurricular activities for the remainder of the
                                six week period depending on the severity of the infraction.

                    3  offense – Three (3) day suspension and parent conference
                    4  offense – S.E.A.S. Center placement

               F.  Disruptive Classroom Behavior/Unusual bizarre hair style or coloration
                  1  offense – Teacher conference with student and parents, Two (2) days in I.S.S. and

                               possible referral to district police.
                   2  offense – Three (3) days I.S.S. or two (2) days suspension, parent conference and

                               possible referral to district police
                    3   offense  –  Three  (3)  days  suspension,  counselor  intervention,  parent  conference,

                                 referral to district police; referral to juvenile authorities
