ABSTRACT
Our project was developed in the technological university of Parras focused on the
issue of educational quality. This project started six months ago.
An organizational and financial diagnosis was made with the objective of knowing
the situation in which the university was at that moment.
Finding to the educational quality that the students are receiving in this university as
an area of opportunity and improvement
A pilot survey was applied to know the perception that students of tsu and
engineering have about the services and the quality of teaching they are receiving
and making a comparison of these two levels).
The most important result is that the students highlight the lack of experience of
some young teachers who do not have a postgraduate degree, requirement that is
indicated in the official decree of the university.
The students consider this situation as a lack of commitment with their work and with
the responsibility of providing quality education.
