ABSTRACT

Our project was developed in the technological university of grapevines
focused on the issue of educational quality. This project began at the
beginning of the semester.

An organizational and financial diagnosis was made with the objective of
knowing the situation in

which the university was at that moment. Finding an area of opportunity and
improvement, from

which the educational quality that students receive is the main area of
improvement.

A pilot survey was applied to know the perception that students have of both
tsu and engineering in order to compare what a new entrant thinks
compared to those of engineering level.

Well, it was observed very young teachers who do not have a postgraduate
as it says in the oficial decree, finding that students after taking a class with
one of the new teachers detect this lack of experience and commitment to
the institution
