Abstract
Subject Title: The Development of Protection Systems for Young and Children Ethics Minorities in Highland Areas Victims of Human Trafficking.

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the protection systems for young and children ethics minorities in highland areas victims of human trafficking from past to present 2) to analysis promotion factors that supported the performance of the protection systems for young and children ethics minorities in highland areas victims of human trafficking and 3) to develop an appropriate guideline to protection systems for young and children ethics minorities in highland areas victims of human trafficking.
This research is a qualitative research done by documentary research and field research. The researcher went to the area to interview the sample using structured interview or format interview and focus group discussion to find out the protection systems for young and children ethics minorities in highland areas victims of human trafficking. The result showed that;
In the past, the type of seeking benefits from young and children ethics minorities in highland areas comes from a hidden service at a service place, by using sophisticated social media channels as a ways to sexual services resulting the difficulties for an authorities to perform the protection systems for young and children ethics minorities in highland areas victims of human trafficking. Currently, the protection system has adopted the 5P principle in its operations. Which focuses on promoting the participation of government and private sector organization as a networking in order to be an effective in driving the work to prevent and solve human trafficking problems. The research results also suggest that factors which contributed to a success performance of the protection systems for young and children ethics minorities in highland areas victims of human trafficking were 1) the participative of crews or network associates in all level of work 2) the efficient operation of budget management and obtaining support for an access of all government agencies’ resources 3) modern and easy communication channels; which will help when case happen and the availability of locations for assistance and 4) the fully managed from all department sectors were the important factors in protection and assistance the victim.
