Lease Signing
After making the decision to sign on with McBee Farms as your operator, we will have you sign our standardized lease form. Our lease consists of everything you would find in a normal cash lease, with a few caveats that we include (on our dime) to help create even more value for you, which we will detail later in this booklet. Our lease has a standard 5 year tenure - the reason for which being continuity of the ground, and the work that is put in up front. The first two years of almost every

requires hours upon hours of work, and extensive equipment usage. After the initial two years, the farm really starts to turn a corner and become a highly productive and healthy crop growing piece of dirt. We also believe a 5 year lease is better for the landowner, as soil build-plans take time, and continuity with the same operator helps create a shared vision between the landowner and farmer.
