Maplewood of Sauk Prairie and The Pines offer long-term and memory care options with daily, social activities
for residents. Both facilities offer assisted living with
daily check-ins, medicine distribution, and assisted personal care for those who desire more independence with minimal skilled care needs. Strides Maplewood offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy
services for those in need of rehabilitation.
