LIVE PERFORMANCES
SLOWPOKE LOUNGE
We have live music most weekends, sometimes from local rock bands or jazz ensembles, sometimes with world class touring performers. We also might surprise you with an open mic, a book event, or even a play or poetry reading.
For those times when there isn’t a live performance, we have a few shelves of records to throw on the turntable. Flip through and play an old favorite, or discover something new. Kick back on our couches and enjoy the vibe.
And whether or not we’ve got a show, we’ve always got great craft cocktails and quality snacks. Visit slowpokelounge.com for show times, tickets, menus, and more.

RIVER VALLEY PLAYERS
River Valley Players has been a source of community entertainment for the past 49 years. Focusing on community and the art of theater, it's been an outlet for folks to come together and be involved on stage as well as behind the scenes. Over the past 4 decades, RVP has produced over 100 shows, including straight plays and musicals as well as fundraising events that bene ts the local food pantries. We are excited to keep the tradition of quality community theatre alive in
this richly artistic area. Anne Bogart said it best, “In the theatre we reach out and touch the past through literature, history and memory so that we might receive and relive signi cant and relevant human qualities in the present and and pass them on to future generations.” www.rivervalleyplayers.org
