Workplace Rules
Whilst working for the Company you must:
Perform your duties with proper skill and diligence, complying with all
reasonable instructions whilst promoting the best interests of the Company;
Report locally to your Manager whilst carrying out your duties and ensure that
you are contactable by your Manager during each working day;
Comply with all reasonable client rules and directions applicable to the site at
which you are working;
Follow (and not exceed) the authority or instructions given to you by your
Manager or the management of the client from time to time in carrying out your
duties;
Take proper care of all equipment provided by the Company and/or the client
and immediately report any damage, defects or loss of such equipment;
Should you be dismissed, you will not return to the hotel for a minimum period
of six months from the end of your employment;
You will not without the prior consent of the client’s hotel management or unless
you are off duty and attending solely in your personal capacity;
Stay overnight in any hotel or client site or use the bar, lounge, restaurant or
other facilities or public areas of any hotel or client site;
Use the front door or main entrance of any hotel or client premises at any time
unless in an emergency or late at night or if the hotel has no other access.
The health and safety of employees whilst at work is a matter of the utmost
importance. It is your duty and responsibility familiarise yourself with, and to
comply with, the Company's health and safety policies and procedures and
undertake all training.
You must not bring any unauthorised person on to any site where The Company
operates without prior agreement from your line manager.
You must not remove any property from the any site where The Company
operates unless prior authority from your line manager has been given.
