in writing. In addition, the Comapany reserves the right to make wage adjustments to
your pay where an overpayment has been made or in cases of malicious damage which
result in dismissal.
Pensions
The Company operates an auto-enrolment pension scheme with NEST. If you are
eligible, the Company will auto-enrol you into the pension scheme, in accordance with
its pensions auto-enrolment obligations.
Full details of the scheme will be given to you when you are enrolled, including the
minimum level of contributions that you will be required to make during your
membership and your right to opt out if you do not want to be a member of the scheme.
Hours of work
Your hours are those set out in your contract of employment. The Company offers
flexible working conditions which allow your work to fit in with your lifestyle. Normally
additional hours of work will be available to you should you wish to work additional
hours.
Regulation 4(1) of the Working Time Regulations 1998 applies to your employment and
therefore you will not be permitted or required to work more than an average of 48
hours per week in any 17-week period. You must have written permission to have a
second job elsewhere and you must inform the company of all hours worked elsewhere
in order to help us comply with the Working Time Regulations.
You must sign in and out every day when you arrive and when you leave work. You must
also sign in and out for all breaks that are taken. You are responsible for ensuring that
you have signed in or out. Failure to comply with this may result in your pay being
incorrect or delayed and may lead to disciplinary action.
Where you work for a period of six or more consecutive hours you are entitled to and
must take an unpaid rest break of 20 minutes or longer at times agreed with your
manager. You are encouraged to take a break of at least 30 mins and drink plenty of
fluids, due to the physical nature of the work.
