Description of operation:
1. Drilling out of the wood by the wing prevents
forced advancement of the screw.
2. Drilling of the core hole in the sub-structure.
Breakage of the wing upon contact with the
metal.
3. First few threads of the screw cut the thread,
into which the screw then turns.
Note:
Wing pias have to be appropriately tested

for usability before each application. Use only
application equipment with depth stop and claw
clutch.
