are manufactured according to strict quality controls, so as to ensure that you not

only have the right tools for the job but, that the right tools coupled with the high-

For us to validate a warranty claim…

 All Master Power Tools are covered by a 1 year warranty, that covers against
manufacturing faults/defects…

 Units with burnt out armatures/field coils will be treated as abused and will
not be covered under warranty...

 In addition to the above, we offer a 1 year free service on bearings and

brushes…

 Should the out of warranty repair cost be too high, we will offer a 20% Trade-
In discount on a replacement machine…

 The decision as to whether a machine has been abused lies at the discretion of

our Master Repair Workshop…

 Chargeable repairs are subject to an hourly labour rate of R180.00
