DOUGH RECIPE
Great for a quick homemade pizza!

Time
10 minutes dough preparation
15-25 minutes cooking
Ingredients
• 1kg flour
• 1.8 gr. instant yeast
• 1.8 gr. salt
• 2.5 gr sugar
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 600ml of water
Directions
Add salt, sugar, oil and water into a bowl whisk until all the ingredients dissolve then
add flour, using your hands
mix vigorously until it unsticks from the sides of the bowl.
Gather the dough together take it out of the bowl and press into a ball and
knead it about 10 times to make smooth, then divide dough in 4 balls of 250grs each
On lightly floured surface roll each half dough into a ball and let set for 2 hrs
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven at 400 deg.
Open each ball into a circle of 13 inch place in a pizza pan.
Turn up edges 1/2 inch and pinch.
Add your toppings and bake for 15-25 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Options
You can try different types of flour for this recipe including white, whole wheat and gluten free.
