1. RECOGNIZE the customer within 5 seconds of customer entering “Welcome to Custom Sounds, one of us will be right with you”
2. GET OUT from behind the counter!
3. GREET - “What brings you in today?” or “How can I help you”
4. LEAD customer toward car – “Let’s take a look at your car”
5. SHAKE HANDS and exchange names as you head out the door
UNDER THE HOOD
1. RECOGNIZE THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 5 SECONDS OF THE CUSTOMER ENTERING.
“Welcome to Custom Sounds, one of us will be right with you.”
2. GET OUT FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER!
3. GREET. “What brings you in today?” or “How can I help you?”
4. LEAD CUSTOMER TOWARD CAR. “Let’s take a look at your car.”
5. AS YOU OPEN THE DOOR FOR THE CUSTOMER, SHAKE THEIR HAND AND SAY “HI, I’M MIKE.”
