Training Pay

• 7-Day Fast Start Training Program

• Training pay will be $250 for the first week of training

• Training pay is only paid out if the entire training program is completed

• This includes the completion of 1 ride along, a minimum of 35 knocks for

each field shift, and 1 install the first week.

• Failure to complete all assignments as directed (training classes, sales

meetings, knock times) will result in loss of training pay.

• Fast Track

• Sales made within the first week of employment and installed by the first Saturday

will be paid out next Friday on your first paycheck.
