Bev Baxter Managing Director
Lead of the Senior Management Team (BLC/BLT). Bev has over 25-
years' experience in Health & Social Care, she was previously a
qualified Nurse, specialising in general nursing. Bev has experience in
Domiciliary Care Management, Strategic Management and Care
Coordination for the elderly, young adults, learning disabilities and
many other specialist areas.
Dean Baxter Finance Director
Co-owner and lead of the Senior Management Team (BLC/BLT).
Dean controls the Business Management and Managing the day-day
finance and of Baxter Life's group of Companies. Dean does have
experience in Domiciliary Care Management, Strategic Management
and working with the homeless.
