It is important to know that the work you do is
directly connected to the aspirational messaging
that is a part of Varian. No matter your role or the
length of time you’ve been at Varian, your daily work
creates real value.
Make Varian’s culture tangible for
everyone across the organization.
Culture can be seen as a highly complex and intan-
gible concept. It can even be seen as fluffy to talk
about. But in reality, culture is real and it has very
real impact. By making it more tangible, we can help
everyone embrace it.
Facilitate new mindsets and behaviors
that everyone is accountable for.
As Varian moves towards new models for reaching
patients, we must find new ways of working with
each other and creating value. However, that starts
with our fundamental mindsets and behaviors.
