OWN MY LIFE WOMEN’S SUPPORT GROUP
Teach Tearmainn facilitate the Own My Life Women’s Support Group. The Own My Life course is an innovative, creative and educational 12-week course to assist women to regain ownership of their lives if they have been subjected to abuse by a partner. We are now accepting referrals for our next group!
ONE MILLION STARS COMMUNITY ARTS PROJECT
Teach Tearmainn deliver the ‘One Million Stars’ Community Arts Project in County Kildare. This is an inclusive community arts project connecting communities in solidarity against domestic abuse and all forms of violence. We aim to weave 32,000 stars
across Kildare.
OUTREACH SUPPORT SERVICE
Our Support & Outreach service offers a community-based support that enables women experiencing domestic abuse to access the necessary supports required to remain safely in their own home. This service also offers an ongoing support service to women post-refuge who return home or relocate elsewhere.
