How to set a committee boat line

Considerations for a committee boat start:

 Always lay the starting line on the PORT side of the Committee Boat

 The same considerations should be given as for a fixed lone (Club line) start:
a) Square line

b) Starboard bias
c) Port bias

 There is no need under normal circumstances to have an inner limit mark. If there is a
large fleet, it may pay to have one, see position below
