Leading with a strong vision, a clear academic direction, and an unwavering commitment to our
Jewish heritage, gives us a tremendous opportunity to build on our strengths, become more
distinctive, and remain relevant and strong as the world around us changes. The next four years will
involve the development of new and innovative learning spaces for our students, as well as the
expansion of our oerings for students beyond the regular school day.

Our mission to serve as a school that caters to the entire Jewish community in Panama remains at
the heart of all that we do. Further emphasis will also be placed upon the external partnerships that
the school enjoys, as we seek to strengthen the sense of pride felt for the institution, especially for
the more than 2500 alumni who have graduated the school. These wonderful ambassadors lay at
the very epicenter of the Jewish community and their successes serve as exemplars for our present
students.

Creating a strategic plan can be a challenge, and takes considerable time, energy and eort. We
know that the arduous work begins now, however, as we plan to meet the highest of standards that
we have set for ourselves. For the past 60 years, Instituto Alberto Einstein has enjoyed a long
tradition of excellence, and it is our hope that this plan will help us achieve continuous progress and
improvement as we look to shape the future.
