school, establish clear, well constructed policies and procedures in
partnership with all leadership teams.

OBJECTIVES

1. Optimize the budget structure.
a. Maintain a balanced budget securing physical and nancial health.

2. Maximize eective fundraising
a. Development for appropriate policies
b. Develop a program of donor recognition
c. Establish and meet yearly fundraising targets

3. Review and update roles and responsibilities between Board and school
leadership.

4. Develop operating protocols for the Board of Regents
a. Membership
b. Communication
c. Succession

5. Review school statutes.

6. Restructure operating and administrative processes
