¿POR QUÉ

UN PLAN ESTRATÉGICO?

The purpose of any strategic plan for a school is to help guide the day-to-day work of the
organization. This year we have taken the time to listen to parent, teacher, and student feedback
about our school. Using this information, the School Board has created a plan that will now guide us
until 2022. This document communicates our school’s goals, and the strategic objectives needed to
achieve our targets.

Academically, we are committed to delivering a truly world-class program. Our curriculum, facilities,
and teaching methods will be designed to deliver an international program of study to our students,
developing 21st-century skills that are increasingly multidisciplinary, exible, collaborative, and
highly conversant with technology. This plan challenges us to obtain full international accreditation
over the next four years, ensuring that the school meets the highest of standards in all aspects of the
education that we provide.

Our vision is to develop the maximum potential of each of our students by oering them a
comprehensive Jewish education. Our strategic plan guides the allocation of our resources and
ensures our operational and nancial health in a challenging time. It is designed specically to
attract and maintain the best teachers, to secure innovative and comprehensive curriculum
resources, and to provide a balanced and values-based program.
