4.3 Optional extensions
4.3.1 The policy wording makes provision for sickness type covers which includes:
a) Hospitalisation;
b) HIV accidental exposure;
c) War risks;
d) Temporary total disability sickness;
e) Serious illness.
4.3.2 Any request for cover in terms of a) to e) must be obtained from Accident and Health division.

Annual Monthly
This includes HIV/Aids Assistance and Accidental Expert Assistance services. Select YES/NO if cover is required.
Charge a premium of R1.50 (R18 per annum) per person.
The borderaux must contain a separate column in which the premium is reflected.
