IES Internships in Rome

COURSES

This is a full-time internship program. Students will
earn 9-12 credits of INTR and may choose to work
with their major department to count 4 credits directly
towards the major department rather than CORE
internship credit.

In addition to the INTR credits, students will be
enrolled in a 3-credit course from IES Abroad with a
focus on professional development. This will
v transfer as an ISS Seminar.

HOUSING

Students are housed in single-sex apartments
throughout the city. Each apartment typically
accommodates 4-7 students with 2-3 IES students
sharing a bedroom. Each apartment comes with
equipped kitchens and Wi-Fi.
