            The Cape Chapter of the South African Chamber of Commerce UK,
            launched on 27 October at the British High Commissioner’s residence

            in Cape Town, symbolises a new era in South Africa-UK trade relations.
            Graced with the rhythms of the “Congo Cowboys”, the event unfolded
            into a splendid evening.

            Natalie Naude, the new Chapter chair, Sharon Constançon, chairman of the SA Chamber,

            and British High Commissioner Antony Phillipson led the ribbon-cutting ceremony. HE
            Antony Phillipson’s presence at the event highlights the UK’s commitment to fortifying
            its economic relationship with South Africa. The launch which included business leaders,

            diplomats, government representatives, and entrepreneurs, fostered dialogues, idea
            exchanges, potential partnerships and business opportunities.

            This Cape Chapter signifies expansion and the evolving synergy between South African

            and British business sectors. The Chapter promises to open doors to new opportunities,
            to forge stronger ties, and to brighten the future for both business communities,
            embodying the lasting partnership and shared vision between South Africa and the UK.
