Installation

Installation at Sign Wizards is
carried out by our own dedicated
installation team, we have our
own scaffold towers at 3.2metres
wide by 10metres working height
and a cherry picker that has a
reach of 12metres.
CNC & Installation
We are happy to arrange site surveys
and supply risk assessments and
method statements for all site
works, to give you the customer,
confidence and peace of mind on
installation.

Our Technology

Our Two 3000 square foot production facilities in Birstall Leicester allow us to
fully wrap an two entire 45ft articulated truck & trailer safely securely,
undercover, and in a temperature-controlled dust free environment. With two separate
1800 square foot print rooms, one for roll materials using Eco friendly inks and the other
for direct to board printing using Environmentally friendly UV cured inks means that we
have the facility to complete any job large or small.

• 3 x Mutoh 1624x with print width of 1600mm
• 1 x Mutoh Blizzard with a print width of 2000mm
• 1 x Vutek QS2000 Direct to board Printer at 2000mm wide
• 1 x Kala 2000mm twin hot roll laminator
• 2 x CAD vinyl plotters at 1800mm wide
• 1 x CNC Router which has a bed size of 3000mm x 1500mm
• 1 x 7000mm x 1700mm Bubble Free mounting table
• 1 x Mercedes Actros Tractor unit.
• 1 x 1.5t Forklift
• 2 x 3000 sq ft temperature controlled industrial units.
