              Organizations can use the AIMM DEI Maturity Model to understand how they currently
              operate and are performing their DEI initiatives during times of change. Further
              assessing how well an organization manages DEI can help transform organizations to
              successfully and effectively manage change with a greater sense of urgency related
              to each level of the Maturity Model.
