                                  This is recognition of our commitment to continuous im-
                             “ provement under all parameters of professionally provided
                               ECCE. It’s also very satisfying that we have been awarded top
                             scores under the important parameters of competence of teachers
                             and teacher welfare and development as these are our focus areas.
                             In Sanavar Montessori, we carefully prepare an annual calendar of
                             professional development programmes and workshops to develop
                             our teachers’ subject matter expertise and effective play-oriented
                              pedagogies. This is facilitated by a low teacher-pupil ratio of 1:15
                              which ensures one-on-one tutoring, small group instruction and
                              personalised teaching. I am happy that our top score under the
                              parameter of individual attention to students acknowledges this
                              focus on personalised learning that adapts to children’s needs” –
