February 2020:
Continue campaigning project for fundraising goal
Finalize all aspects of fundraising event
Host fundraising event in late February (to not compete with ancillary Super Bowl events) Aim to reach 50% of fundraising target ($10,750) to now be at 70% of goal
Begin to purchase materials for outdoor area (Tier I) and serenity room (Tier II)
March 2020:
Start working on outdoor area and plan to be nearly complete with all materials finalized and purchased by the end of March
Continue campaigning project
Reach out to family, friends, co-workers, etc as a last effort to reach fundraising target (remaining 30%, $6,450)
Finalize all materials for serenity room (Tier II)
Begin to purchase materials for yoga/meditation space Tier III once donations are complete
April 2020:
Continue campaigning project for bonus wish list items that may have come along
Finalize purchase of all materials for yoga/meditation space Tier III
Complete yoga/meditation space and implement program to continue teaching the children yoga past our time at ABF Learning Center
Purchase any bonus wish list items that came along with any extra money or in-kind donations received
May 2020:
Plan a day with the children and parents of ABF Learning Center where we can showcase all of the new learning capabilities the children will have at the school with tutorials on the new outdoor patio and learning area, the new serenity room, and the new yoga/meditation space and program in place
